To offer Bizum in your business, check merchant eligibility and the specific integration you will use. Having Bizum on a personal account is not the same as having a service for collecting website sales.
A documented option in Andorra
MONEI lists Bizum among the payment methods for businesses registered in Andorra in its country onboarding guide, checked on 5 October 2026. This does not mean every bank, account or connector has it enabled.
Five questions before offering it
- Can my business and activity use merchant Bizum payments?
- Which account, bank or provider is required?
- Which integration works with my platform?
- What amounts, operations and terms does the agreement cover?
- How do I check payment and handle a refund?
Ask for answers covering your actual operation. Do not automatically apply limits for personal transfers to business sales. Where a condition is not public, leave it unconfirmed until the provider answers.
From button to paid order
In a fictional purchase, the customer selects Bizum, completes the supported journey and the result is matched to the order. Your store should distinguish confirmed payment, an unfinished attempt and a result that is still unknown.
Also test what happens if the customer closes the page before returning to your website. A missing return should not automatically cause another payment request. Our payment testing guide covers the scenarios to check.
If Bizum does not fit
Consider cards, digital wallets or a payment link suitable for your sale. Choose for the customer and sales channel rather than assuming everyone uses the same method. See how to choose a payment journey.
